Mainly Human Rights, Studies in Honour of J.J. Cremona
Edited by Salvino Busuttil.

"No fewer than 24 eminent international jurists form four continents have joined together to pay tribute to the distinguished international career of Chief Justice Emeritus Cremona, who was also chairman of CERD (Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination) at the United Nations in New York and Geneva.  For twenty-seven years he served as a judge of the European Court of Human Rights.   "No less impressive and lasting are his endeavours for his own native country.  Indeed his name will for all time be associated with Malta's Independence Constitution which, drafted by him, earned him the admiring praise not only of Prime Minister Giorgio Borg Olivier but also, on the other side of the political fence, British Minister Duncan Sandys.  Attorney-General, Chief Justice, Professor of Law at the University of Malta and President of its Council, he served his country well and with distinction."*
